Start by placing the chicken legs in a jar.
Pour in enough beer to cover everything.
Cover the jar and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
Then, remove the chicken legs from the beer, pat them all dry thoroughly, remove their skin and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the oregano and mix everything very well to incorporate.
Next, divide this mixture into 2 equal portions.
Then, in one of them, add the eggs, the water and mix everything very well.
Add the plain unsweetened yogurt and mix again until well combined.
In the other half, add the water and mix until it becomes lumpy.
Next, bread the chicken legs we prepared by first dipping them into the creamy mixture and then coat them in the lumpy mixture.
Repeat this with all the chicken legs.
In a large pot over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the chicken legs and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
