
Start by placing the apples and the banana into a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove from the hot water and grate all the apples using the coarse side of a grater.
Transfer everything to a medium bowl, add the banana we cooked, the sugar, the ground cinnamon and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, place the cream cheese on the puff pastry cut into strips and spread it evenly.
Add the mixture we prepared and the white raisins, dividing them among the strips.
Then close the strips and roll them up, joining them together.
Transfer to a baking tray and brush an egg yolk over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
