
Start by placing the disc of pastry dough in a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil.
Next, press it down with a potato masher and fry until golden brown.
Repeat this process with 5 more pastry dough discs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the bacon cut into small cubes and fry until golden brown
Add the onion cut into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Then add the shredded chicken, the corn and the olives.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and stir everything very well to incorporate.
Add the heavy cream and stir once more.
To assemble the recipe, in the discs of dough we fried earlier place the filling we prepared.
Then, in each one, add 50g of grated mozzarella cheese.
To finish, brown all of them using a kitchen torch.
Serve.
