In a large skillet, add the slices of bread, the boiled eggs, the milk and mash everything very well with your hands until combined.
Add the cornstarch, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder, parsley to taste and mix everything again to combine.
Next, take a handful of this mixture in your hands, roll it into a ball then flatten it to form a small patty.
Repeat this process with all the mixture.
Now, bread these patties - first, dip them in beaten eggs then coat them in panko breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the patties we prepared and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Serve.
