
Start by placing the solid tuna over the boiled eggs.
Transfer to a medium bowl and mash everything very well until combined using a fork then mix to incorporate.
Add the avocado, the unsweetened plain yogurt, the salt, the black pepper and mash the avocado with the help of a fork.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the butter and stir until completely melted.
Add the slices of bread and toast them until both sides are golden brown.
To assemble a sandwich, add the pâté we prepared to the toasted bread slices.
Serve.
