
Start by placing 5 tablespoons of rolled oats in a large skillet over medium to low heat and spread them out.
Add 4 tablespoons of water over everything and let it cook until the water has completely evaporated.
Then add 2 whole eggs on top and spread them over the oats.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to taste over everything, flip it over and make a cut halfway through.
Next, add the ketchup, 1 slice of ham, 1 leaf of napa cabbage, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and fold everything into a triangle shape.
Repeat this process 4 times.
Then, place them all back into the skillet.
Add 1 slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each one and pour 100ml of water into the skillet.
Cover and cook until the cheese has completely melted.
Serve.
