Add the melted unsalted butter, the condensed milk and mix everything very well until combined.
In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, add the other half of the blended strawberries, the water, the sugar and stir until it starts to heat up.
Next, dissolve the cornstarch in the water, add it to the pan and continue stirring until it thickens.
To assemble the recipe, in a medium baking dish, add the cookies we prepared and spread evenly.
Add the whipped cream and spread it evenly.
Finally, add the strawberry jam and also spread it evenly.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
