Start by cutting the sheet of puff pastry into 4 equal strips
To make the filling, add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each of these strips and spread it well.
Then, on top of each strip, add 3 slices of bacon, roll them up and cut each of them in half.
Take them to the freezer and let them chill for at least 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the beaten eggs, and in another bowl , add the breadcrumbs.
Now, in each of these bowls, add 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix well to combine.
Bread the pastry rolls we left in the freezer - first, dip them in the beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Then, stick 2 rolls at a time on barbecue skewers and transfer everything to a large baking sheet.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
