
Cake Sauce
Start by placing the egg yolks into the orange juice and mix everything very well until the yolks fully dissolve.
Transfer this mixture to a large bowl, add the egg whites, the vegetable oil, the sugar, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until combined.
Add the baking powder and mix again to incorporate.
Pour this batter into a 20cm diameter baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the orange zest, the butter, the semi-sweet chocolate and stir everything very well until the chocolate melts completely.
Add the heavy cream and stir again to incorporate.
To finish, pour the sauce over the cake we prepared.
Serve.
