
Start by adding 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter into a small container with 100g of cubed beef placed inside a skillet over medium heat with boiling water.
Repeat this process with 3 more small containers and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove from the skillet and transfer everything to a plastic bottle with the top cut off.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese, parsley to taste, the mayonnaise and the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri and mix.
Cover the bottle with plastic wrap.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
After this time has passed, cut into slices about 1 finger thick.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the meat we prepared and fry until golden brown.
