
Start by placing the chicken breasts into a Ziplock bag.
Next, pour in the beer and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the beer and cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the grated mozzarella cheese and the grated potato.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.
Then transfer this mixture to Ziplock bags and spread it in these bags so that it is neither too thick nor too thin.
Place them in the freezer and let them chill for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the mixture from the bag and cut each one into 6 equal pieces.
Next, bread each piece by dipping it in beaten eggs and then coating it in panko breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the patties and fry them until golden brown.
