Rice Balls

Start by pouring the water from the coconut over the rice into a large skillet over medium heat.Cover the skillet and let it cook for 15 minutes.Then transfer to a mixer, add the vegetable oil and the wheat flour.Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder and the onion powder.Add the egg and blend everything very well.Then scoop a small amount of this mixture with a spoon and transfer it to your hands greased with vegetable oil.Flatten it, add a small cube of mozzarella cheese and roll it into a ballRepeat this process with all the mixture.Next, coat all the balls in wheat flour, dip them in beaten eggs and coat them in panko breadcrumbs.Place them in a large skillet over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.To make a sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.Serve.

For Breading

  • Wheat Flour
  • Beaten Eggs
  • Panko Breadcrumbs

Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon of Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon of Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder

Modo de Fazer

Repeat this process with all the mixture.
