
Sauce
Start by grating the frozen chicken breast directly into the bag with the eggs and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the head of broccoli and drizzle it with hot water.
Then, grate it using the coarse side of the grater.
Place all this broccoli into the bag with the chicken, also add the grated mozzarella cheese and the corn.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well until fully combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the chicken mixture we prepared shaping it into patties and fry until golden brown.
To make a sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Serve.
