Potatoes
In a ring baking pan, add the lemons cut in half.
Add the salmon fillet with a hole in the middle to fit it into the center of the pan.
Then, add the butter cut into strips.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of dried basil, squeeze the juice of one lemon over everything and set aside.
Cut the potatoes in half and put these potatoes around the salmon in the pan.
Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil.
Cover everything with a sheet of aluminum foil, take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the aluminum foil.
Take it back to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for another 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
Serve.
