Red Currant Cake with Chocolate Sauce

Start by adding the white rice to the eggs and mix everything very well. Next, transfer this mixture to a blender, add the sugar, the water, the vegetable oil, the red currant syrup and blend everything very well until smooth and well combined.Add the baking powder and blend for another 30 seconds.Transfer this batter to a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the butter, the milk chocolate and stir everything very well until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture pulls away from the bottom of the skillet.Add the heavy cream and stir until combined.To finish, top the cake we baked with the sauce.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 2 Cups of White Rice
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Sugar

Cake Sauce

  • 395g of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 80g of Milk Chocolate
  • 200g of Heavy Cream

Add the baking powder and blend for another 30 seconds.
