
Start by placing the melted milk chocolate into the egg shells, dividing this amount among them.
Then, spread the chocolate all over the egg shells and let the excess drip off.
Take them to the refrigerator and let them chill for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the refined sugar, the whipping cream and beat everything very well until stiff peaks form.
Add the unflavored colorless gelatin previously hydrated to the melted milk chocolate and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, add it to the mixture we prepared and beat again to incorporate.
Pour this filling into the egg shells we prepared earlier using a piping bag and close the eggs with melted chocolate.
To finish, add a chocolate coin on top of each one.
Take them to the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
