Sauce
Start by dipping the cabbage into a medium bowl with the melted butter.
Then transfer the cabbage to a pot with boiling water and let it cook for 6 minutes.
After this time has passed, cut it into strips then chop into smaller pieces and set aside.
In a skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the diced onion, the grated garlic cloves, the grated carrot and sauté for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the cabbage, the sautéed mixture, the eggs and the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the chili flakes and mix.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the mixture we prepared by shaping it into patties and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from the skillet and drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
To make a sauce, take a small bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
Serve.
