
Sauce
Start by making holes in the piece of mozzarella cheese using a fruit pit remover.
Make 6 holes and then insert one hot dog sausage into each hole then trim off the excess sausage.
Next, wrap the cheese with the sliced smoked bacon.
Now, bread it by first coating it in the wheat flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs and finally coat it in the panko breadcrumbs.
In large pan over medium to low heat, pour the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the breaded cheese and fry it until golden brown.
To make a sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until combined.
Serve.
