Assembly
Start by placing a beef burger patty into a large skillet with boiling water.
Next, season with the salt, the black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove it from the water.
Add +1 burger patty to the same skillet and let it cook for 2 minutes.
After doing that, transfer the 2 burgers to a large skillet over medium to low heat.
Add the butter and fry them until golden brown.
Next, place one slice of cheddar cheese on top of each burger.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook until the cheese melts.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the slices of bacon and let them fry until well browned.
Then toast two hamburger buns.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until combined.
To assemble the sandwich, first spread the sauce on the base of the buns.
Add the burgers, the bacon, 2 tomato slices on each one and lettuce to taste.
Then spread the sauce on the top half of the buns and close them.
Serve.
