In a jug, add the olive oil, the juice of one lemon, the soy sauce, the oyster sauce, the honey, the salt, the minced garlic cloves, the dried basil, the dried onion, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until fully combined.
In a medium baking dish, add the beef steak and the mixture we prepared.
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap, place it in the refrigerator and let it marinate for 24 hours.
After this time has passed, remove it from the marinade and transfer it to a large baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Cover with aluminum foil, take it to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and let it bake for 30 minutes.
To make a sauce, in a mixer add the mint leaves, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything very well until fully combined.
