Start by placing the peeled ripe bananas on a cutting board.
Add the shredded coconut and mash everything very well until it becomes a smooth dough.
Then, cut the chocolate bar into strips then into smaller pieces.
Next, take one tablespoon of the dough we prepared, add a piece of chocolate in the center and roll it into a ball.
Repeat this process with all the dough and transfer to a large baking sheet.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate and a drizzle of vegetable oil.
Microwave it on maximum power in 30-second intervals, always mixing after each break until fully melted.
After the banana bites we prepared have baked, coat them in the melted chocolate using a fork.
Let the excess chocolate drip off well, transfer to a plate and decorate with shredded coconut to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve.
