Filling
Start by pouring the hot water into the Nutella and using a mixer, beat everything very well until combined.
Transfer it to a large bowl, add the salt, the sugar, the vegetable oil, mix everything to incorporate and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the dry yeast powder, the sugar, the warm water and mix until everything is dissolved.
Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer this mixture to the bowl with the Nutella and mix to incorporate.
Add the wheat flour and using a spoon, mix everything very well.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, knead the dough with your hands until it's smooth and even.
Cover the bowl and let the dough ferment for 1 hour.
After this time has passed, transfer it to a work surface, fold the dough a few times and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
Then, shape each one into a ball and transfer to a baking sheet.
Cover with a cloth and let everything rise for another 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, make a hole in each dough ball using the bottom of a small glass.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
To finish, add Nutella to taste and crushed hazelnuts to taste.
Serve.
