Cream Filled Chocolate Jelly

In a blender, put the condensed milk, the table cream, the milk powder and the milk, blend it all together very well.Hydrate the unflavored colorless gelatin powder according to the instructions on the package, add it to the blender and blend for another 2 minutes.Grease a ring cake milk with a drizzle of oil, spread evenly, then pour the mixture into the milk. Chill it in the fridge until hardened.Part 2In the blender, place the condensed milk, the table cream, the chocolate powder, the milk, blend it all together very well, add the gelatin already hydrated according to the instructions on the package and blend for anotehr 2 minutes.Remove the hardened mixture from the fridge, and run a knife along its edges and center.Add the chocolate mixture in the mold and use a knife to make sure it gets into the edges and the bottom of the mold.Chill in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.Serve.

  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk

  • 250ml of Milk
  • ½ Pack of Table Cream 
  • ½ Pack of Condensed Milk 
  • ½ Cup of Chocolate Powder 50% Cocoa 
  • 1 Envelope of Unflavored Colorless Gelatin Powder 

Modo de Fazer

In a blender, put the condensed milk, the table cream, the milk powder and the milk, blend it all together very well.

Hydrate the unflavored colorless gelatin powder according to the instructions on the package, add it to the blender and blend for another 2 minutes.

Grease a ring cake milk with a drizzle of oil, spread evenly, then pour the mixture into the milk. Chill it in the fridge until hardened. 

Part 2

Add the chocolate mixture in the mold and use a knife to make sure it gets into the edges and the bottom of the mold. 

Chill in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.

Serve.
