
Sauce
Start by placing the beaten eggs in a large skillet over medium to low heat with the slices of bread.
Then add the slices of mozzarella cheese.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry until the cheese is completely melted.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the slices of bacon and fry until golden brown.
To assemble the recipe, add the fried bacon to the skillet with the bread and eggs.
Add the sauce we prepared and fold it in half.
Serve.
