Honey Glazed Fried Buns

Start by drizzling the honey over the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium to low heat and stir everything well until fully combined.Add the fried buns and let them cook in this mixture for 3 minutes.After this time has passed, remove them from the skillet and coat them all in refined sugar.Transfer them to a large baking sheet, take to a preheated oven at 160° C (320° F) and bake for 15 minutes.To make the cream, in a large saucepan add the milk, the condensed milk, the cornstarch, the vanilla extract and stir until the cornstarch dissolves.Turn on the heat to medium-low and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth and even cream.Finally, cut the buns in half and fill them with the cream we prepared.Serve.

  • 2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
