Start by peeling the ripe bananas, cut each one in half and set aside.
Next, cut the tip off a plastic syringe and remove the core from the bananas we cut earlier using this syringe, hollowing out the center to create a hole.
Now, fill this syringe with Nutella and add it into the hole we made in the banana.
Insert a popsicle stick into the center and repeat this process with all the bananas.
In a medium bowl, add the milk chocolate.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always stirring between the breaks until the chocolate is completely melted.
Then, transfer it to a tall glass and dip the bananas we prepared, coating them completely with the melted chocolate.
Decorate with chocolate sprinkles to taste.
Place them in the freezer and let them chill for 1 hour.
Serve.
