
Waffle Batter
Start by placing the ripe bananas skewered on bamboo sticks into a hot waffle maker.
Add the brown sugar on top of each banana, the rum, and one ladle of waffle batter on top of each banana.
Close the waffle maker and let everything bake until golden brown.
To finish, add one scoop of ice cream on top of each one and finish with caramel sauce to taste.
To make the batter we used in this recipe, take a medium bowl.
Add the eggs, the sugar, the milk at room temperature and mix everything very well.
Then add the wheat flour, the ground cinnamon and mix again until well combined.
Serve.
