Bread Omelet

Start by cutting the bread rolls into round slices and set them aside.In a medium bowl, add the eggs and beat them well.Next, add the table cream, the olive oil and mix until combined.Season with salt, one pinch of black pepper and the sweet paprika. Mix well until incorporated.In a large skillet, spread the butter with a brush.Add the bread slices, covering the whole bottom of the skillet with them.Por the egg mixture we made all over the bread slices.Cover the skillet, turn the heat to low and let it all cook for 10 minutes.After this indicated time, add the grated mozzarella cheese and oregano to taste.Cover the skillet again and let it all cook until the cheese has fully melted.Serve.
