Simple Cake That Comes Out Filled

Into a bowl, add the 2 eggs, the sugar, the salt, mix well with a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes.Add the table cream and beat again for 2 to 3 minutes and set aside.In another bowl, place the wheat flour and the baking powder, mix well.Pass this flour mixture through a sieve, transferring it to the creamy mixture we've set aside. Slightly mix them together.Add the oil and mix until combined, set aside.Into another bowl, add the cottage cheese, 2 eggs, the vanilla essence and the sugar. Blend it all together very well with a hand mixer until combined.Add the semolina flour and with a spatula, gently mix.Into a 20cm cake mold greased with butter and flour, pour all the batter we've set aside.With a spoon, gradually add the filling we've made, placing it right in the center of the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40 to 50 minutes.Unmold and let it cool down.Serve

  • 1 ½ Cups of Wheat Flour 
  • 1 Very Full Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Oil
  • 350g of Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • 4 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Semolina Flour

Modo de Fazer

Into a bowl, add the 2 eggs, the sugar, the salt, mix well with a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the table cream and beat again for 2 to 3 minutes and set aside.

In another bowl, place the wheat flour and the baking powder, mix well.

Pass this flour mixture through a sieve, transferring it to the creamy mixture we've set aside. Slightly mix them together. 

Add the oil and mix until combined, set aside.
