Chicken with Potatoes and Onion

Start by cutting the onion into thin strips and the potatoes into thin round slices and set them aside.In a medium baking dish, add one drizzle of olive oil, the onion strips and top them with the potato slices.Season them with one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper, another drizzle of olive oil and set aside.Now, cut the chicken breasts in half, lengthwise, then into thin strips and finally, into cubes.Season them with the salt, one pinch of black pepper and mix well until incorporated.Transfer these chicken cubes to the baking dish filled with the potatoes and onion strips and set aside.In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the table cream, the salt, one pinch of black pepper, the turmeric and mix until combined.Finally, pour this mixture all over the ingredients in the baking dish.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and take it to a preheated oven at 350°F, let it bake for 35 minutes.After this indicated time, remove from the oven, add the grated mozzarella cheese and the tomato chopped into round slices.Take it back to the oven and let it bake for another 15 minutes.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Red Onion
  • 4 Potatoes

Chicken

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper

Egg Mixture

  • 3 Eggs
  • 200g of Table Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon of Turmeric

Topping

  • 150g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tomato Chopped into Round Slices

Start by cutting the onion into thin strips and the potatoes into thin round slices and set them aside. 

In a medium baking dish, add one drizzle of olive oil, the onion strips and top them with the potato slices. 

Season them with one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper, another drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
